Madehurst fireworks: Back with a bang
One of the best bonfire events is the Madehurst Fireworks which is a family fireworks on Friday 4th November. which raises funds for the local cricket club and a chance to say thank you to all of those who have faithfully supported the club.
This year it will also be a chance to see the completed cricket pavilion which has been funded by generous support at events over the years.
There will be plenty of parking (unlike last year!) and the licensed bar will be fully stocked.
The gates at the Madehurst Bowl open at 6.30pm. The fire will be lit at 7pm and there will be fireworks at 8pm.
If you want tickets then please call 01243 814182. Adult tickets cost £5 and under 16s cost £3 - and there will also be hot food and drinks available.
And if you want something on a larger scale then there is the Fontwell Fireworks at Fontwell Racecourse which will be set to High School Musical and Glee music (not affiliated with the Disney production which is on tour)
Advanced adult tickets are £10.00 and can be purchased online by the link below or by phone. Advanced children's ticket prices (under 16s) are £5.00.
Tickets purchased on the gate will be £13.00 for adults and £7.00 for children. Call 01243 543335 for more info.
