A purple gem

Always worth popping into the tiny purple cafe on High Street, right at the bottom, called Partners, if you fancy a coffee or a pot of tea.

I went in twice this last week and both times was served by cheerful, friendly staff and enjoyed top notch coffee.

The cakes and pastries look fantastic, though not for me now I've put on a stone (or so my waistband seems to be telling me) since the start of December.

But I will be back, once I've fought off the flab, to try the cakes. Has anyone else eaten here? If you've got a review of it I'd be glad to hear your views.
