Arundel offers good garages to keep your car in working order this winter

It looks like Arundel is going to miss the worst of the snow over the next few days - but it’s going to be bitterly cold and the roads could be very icy. 

So you may want to make sure that your car is ready for some treacherous conditions. 

Firstly, it’s seriously important that you are well armed with gallons of antifreeze to defrost windows in the morning. The best place to get this is the co-op at the bottom of the High Street - just over the bridge. 

For really cheap antifreeze and other useful items to have in your car it’s best to try one of the supermarkets in Littlehampton or Worthing. 

But somethings worth considering are making sure you have a blanket, wellies, a shovel, jump leads, water and some food - just in case you get stuck in the snow or ice.
